0, I was not aware of getting any sleep.

Wow, that sucks nightengale. I did get some sleep but it was not enough tho. The quality of the sleep that I did get was good however imo.

 

I would rate my sleep a 4 last night....maybe 4.5 even!

maybe four hours, which sucks, but is better than 2-3 hours. 

 

Eating a kiwi fruit at bedtime helps, but after the 2nd or 3rd night, it stops.

The site I read when I googled: "what foods help with sleep," said to eat two before bed. I think the suggestion was one hour before bed.

I'm leaving on Friday for nine days to visit my mom and attend two family reunions plus a 150th celebration for the town I grew up in.  Hopefully I can survive this.

There is so much going on, I will probably be off of the grid until I get back.
