The Long Haulers Group is for those who have completed the taper of their medication and are still experiencing symptoms beyond the 18 month mark. Most people who discontinue benzos will not find themselves struggling this far out but an unfortunate minority do. If it has been less than 18 months since your last benzo please find support in the other areas of the site.
