OMG. I cannot imagine having that one stuck in my head.

ideallife, THIS Annie is very much okay now. LOL! I am so healthy and happy now it still amazes me. Getting off benzos was, by far, the best thing I ever did. The second best thing was putting myself through Nursing College and becoming an RN. But getting off benzos beats that by miles. No lie.

I had perceptuall disturbances for several years. Looping music was just one of them. Over time, it has faded away a lot but even NOW, almost 8 years later, I STILL hear that weird mental music.

I sure wish I had known this was possible.

Now I know but way too late.

This is totally withdrawl,  I had it as well and it's not like it was before benzos.  Lasted several months or so for me.  Benzo wd seems to dig up memories in the brain then make it harder to learn new things.

I keep getting terrible music from commercials stuck in my head. Nonstop loops of the same few lyrical measures.
