This picture is over a year ago from my balcony, first time I saw these kinds of clouds that looked like cotton balls

I was trying to post this tree, it’s called the tree of Sharon and there were tons of hummingbirds making it live National Geographic channel, I was in awe.

Shamrock I’m in shock bc this particular tree/bush brings me such good memories. It’s when I moved upstate ny and when I actually saw nature in all its raw beauty. It’s the first time I saw hummingbirds 2 feet from me and tons of them in all colors flying up,down and side to side, just amazing creatures. I saw a Buck which is rare to see and would wake up to have coffee and watch deers prancing around. That was my tv, it was too beautiful. I also saw the Milky Way there right above the house.

This not a sharon but a plant that grows in our woods.

Shamrock this is spectacular, the precision of the lens to capture this bee pollinating is incredible.

those are the kinds of pictures I’m going to aim for this spring. Hopefully I could capture something like that, wow. Thank you for these pictures, they motivate to want to continue taking pictures but at closer depth.

Today on my walk

My trails are getting boring, 😂 

this is the same road and I took a picture from the front then turned around and took a picture of the other side of road and they look like two different places.

When I walk I do these deep breathing exercises especially when surrounded by all nature.

Hi shamrock, I do walk briskly. You asked me if I walk briskly and I had forgotten what that word meant.😂 

healing is definitely happening while I walk, I keep dreaming too which is always a good sign.

i have to find new trails to keep my walks interesting tho. I’m ready to start weight lifting. 🏋️

Will you weight lift in a gym or at home? I am getting enough daily cardio but I need to up the weight training some.

I was thinking of lifting weights at the gym. I also have different sets of weights at home so either one.

what about you? Are you thinking about lifting weights at home?
