I don’t know why I can’t add more than 2 pictures, I see I’m below 9.77 MB

I won’t let the snow stop me from walking or the freezing cold weather.

What a perfect blue! Yes, everything is a bit different.

No cold weather will prevent us from walking!) It is frosty in my place but i force myself out and enjoy cold air.

Today and tomorrow I’m not walking. Appointments and waiting for packages which might be all day.

I’m hoping to find new trails and take pictures of something exciting.

I was thinking of lifting weights at the gym. I also have different sets of weights at home so either one.

what about you? Are you thinking about lifting weights at home?

No, I lift at a local  24/7 gym Jacky. I actually went today.

That’s great that you lift weights at the gym. Have you been going the whole time you’ve been healing?
‘that’s fantastic

Today I did a hiking trail called Vroman’s Nose Loop trail. If it was a good experience. a bit scary if your scared of heights.

I was so relaxed walking in this forest, not scared of any animals, more scared of wild people. 😂

these were stairs coming up to the top of my hike, so much stairs.
I was too scared to get close to the cliff to take pictures tho

I’m happy you’ve discovered something so healthy to pass the time as you recover, nature and walking were my go to resources too.

Pam that’s become my outlet. I love walking or hiking everyday whether it’s snowing and freezing, I still go.

it is healing in so many ways. Just being in nature for hours is the best medicine

Walking in the woods was so peaceful, there was hardly anyone there

I'd so much like to walk the path too. It looks inviting - up road to healing)))

@[Ja...], did you feel tired after the walk there? I think you are extremely lucky to have such places to walk, heal and get strength!) I also walk and run in my tiny local forest everyday but it isn't that interesting. It is on the outskirt of a city.

This trail is 45 minutes away from me so not close but it was worth it.

i wasn’t too tired but I think it’s bc I walk so many miles that my stamina has increased.
‘how long do you walk for?
