Guest [in...]
Lock up your libraries if you like; but there is no gate, no lock, no bolt that you can set upon the freedom of my mind. - Virginia Woolf http://cdn2.stocksy.com/a/5Pn000/z0/189911.jpg Some birds are not meant to be caged, that's all. Their feathers are too bright, their songs too sweet and wild. So you let them go, or when you open the cage to feed them they somehow fly out past you. And the part of you that knows it was wrong to imprison them in the first place rejoices, but still, the place where you live is that much more drab and empty for their departure. - Stephen King

Guest [in...]
Even in the deepest love relationship - when lovers say 'I love you' to each other - we don't really know what we're saying, because language isn't equal to the complexity of human emotions. - Duane Michals http://www.bertc.com/subtwo/g110/images/liepke.jpg Some days, 24 hours is too much to stay put in, so I take the day hour by hour, moment by moment. I break the task, the challenge, the fear into small, bite-size pieces. I can handle a piece of fear, depression, anger, pain, sadness, loneliness, illness. I actually put my hands up to my face, one next to each eye, like blinders on a horse. - Regina Brett ~~~ The struggle of my life created empathy - I could relate to pain, being abandoned, having people not love me. - Oprah Winfrey

Guest [in...]
That was one of the saddest things about people-- their most important thoughts and feelings often went unspoken and barely understood. - Alexandra Adornetto "Flower Girl" by Rina Sutzkever We try so hard to hide everything we're really feeling from those who probably need to know our true feelings the most. People try to bottle up their emotions, as if it's somehow wrong to have natural reactions to life. - Colleen Hoover Highly sensitive people are too often perceived as weaklings or damaged goods. To feel intensely is not a symptom of weakness, it is the trademark of the truly alive and compassionate. - Anthon St. Maarten

[Li...]
Thanks CD, That was so nice to see your note to me. The weekend was a hard one of mental symptoms and I am hoping to be better now. I don't know what set it off, maybe it was just what my brain needed to do next, but it was a doozy! : ) I have thought of you this last week and hoped you were doing better. I send you hugs - and more cinnamon rolls as needed! Love, ❤ Lily

[Li...]
CD and Tex, As long as we are all feeling this way, we can make a party of it and stare down the W/D symptoms en group! It is so nice to have people who understand and can just "be with you". Thank you so much for the company. Love, ❤ Lily Pour the coffee and pass a napkin... we are ready!
