I know exactly what you are talking about describing your son  leaving and going back to college.

It is so extremely difficult.  It hurts our hearts, it does.

Every time my son comes home and then leaves again, I feel such pain.

 

I hope he is close enough to be able to visit again soon -

or for you to take a trip to see him.     

 

As for the cut and the toll it is taking on you -- this is one of the hardest things we will go through.

It is pure misery.  The support we give each other is so important, and I thank you for all that you share.
