I'm doing well.  Coming up on three years (Monday).  Gonna go skiing.  Such a difference from three years ago (and 2016 had too many challenges for my liking).  Let's have 2017 be a better year for everybody!

Going skiing is just the way I like to celebrate... just about anything!  I went for the first time, since my 3 (sigh) shoulder surgeries, on Christmas Eve and was worried my body forgot how to ski. It didn't!!

I am green with envy here.  Not that I can ski ....  :crazy:

 

But I am very pleased for you, badsocref, and you too, pianogirl.  You both deserve to enjoy life.

 

I am managing up on my feet for 5-10 mins every hour and am pleased with the progress I am making.

 

Walking up and down my hall 200 times just does not compare to SKIIING!  :'(

Be proud of every step you take, each little bit of progress you make.  These things are all part of healing, recovery.  I think walking up and down the hall 200 times is something to celebrate... so have a piece of chocolate!

Hey everyone! Yesterday made lucky #33 months off! Wowsers! I'm still dealing with the rocky boat symptom, off balance and some fatigue but I am doing more and keep gently pushing myself praying for all of us to be symptom free soon. Here's some cake for us!
