Hey Ins, the words are new to me today but the concept I discovered a couple of months ago.  Tears are good for releasing stuff I never thought I held onto.  Like, from 30yrs ago, ya know?  Crying used to be hard but it isn't these days.  The great thing about that is that HAPPY tears have returned among the madness of the rest of it.  It's a rollercoaster.

I see the wisdom in this quote, Ins, but the truth is.. I'm not sure I could manage it! 

 

 

However, this one:

..

has, since I saw it a while back, stuck, and literally altered my thinking about a WHOLE lot of core life-issues from what I do with my time to how much I'm prepared to pay for things.  I don't have my whole life ahead of me these days.

Three D, Most of my life i have been very spiritual and have connected with the Native American beliefs being i have some Native blood in me . Did you know Medicine Men (Shaman`s) basically considered their gifts a curse  but it had to be for-filled ? It was not something they asked for or sought to be, hence the connection with intuition ~CD

The Native American culture is fascinating, CD.

I didn't know shaman considered their gifts to be a curse.  That's interesting.

 

My great-grandmother was full-blooded Cherokee, and I have heard some amazing stories about her.
