I too have noticed such a difference... I am 56, everybody always guessed my age in mid forties. I look and feel awful. In seven days I will be Benzo Free, a long hard road. Some good sleep will surely help a lot. I had no desire to exercise, stayed at home most of the time. Looking forward to do all the things we have to do to look and feel great again!!!
