Almost 1 year off benzos but have come offof 3 others since

Hi Mary,

 

I pray and hope that you are doing well.

 

I am doing so much better thank the Lord.  I am still experiencing some benzo/Remeron wds on some days; however, I am also having days where I am pretty much symptom free.

 

Last night I was able to go out to dinner with a few of my friends which I hadn't been able to do for almost two years.
