Engine running

Does anyone have the sound of an engine running thru your body?  Not tinnitus it's more than that. Kind of everywhere. An engine or a washing machine running. So freaky 🥺

During acute withdrawals I felt like my body was buzzing or humming, I could hear it in my ears, along with the Tinnitus from withdrawing. Very creepy feeling. 3 months out its faded quite a bit but I still feel like I'm vibrating, sort of tingly.

Yes still have the "engine running" in my 13th month. It also reminds me of being on an aircraft with occasional turbulence and the odd thud
