Is this the right place to ask this?

Has anyone tried it? I have spoken to 1 Mbr who has but am hoping to hear more experiences.

I seriously doubt I can manage any meds (please don’t respond if you’re against taking meds as I know…) but am considering trying maybe 1/8th a tablet. 

Supposedy helps calm electrical activity in brain, calms CNS, helps with attention, sleep; non addictive and not gabbergenic…blah blah

I think that it is better to talk to a doctor or someone close to you about such medicines. I have never taken these medicines, so it is difficult for me to advise you. I wish you good health and well-being
