Eye supplements

Has anyone taken any type of eye supplement after benzos? If so what was your experience?

I guess no one has taken an eye supplement.

@[Pa...] The past couple of years in my taper I have used Omega 7 for my eyes without a problem.  Are you looking into one specifically?

I don’t know which to use. I’m trying to get information to make a decision. Did you have eye problems?

@[Pa...] I don't know if this is what you mean, but I use Ultra by Systane. It's a lubricating drop for dry eyes. I developed major dry eyes after benzos, and this is the best thing I've found. Restasis did not work for me. I've never tried anything like Preservision (eye "vitamin") but that might work for you. I take Omegas  also with no problem. Hope this helps.
