I had a BFF with a little boy just like that.  He really loved to cuddle with her.  She had to just sit a lot more and just cuddle him.  He’s now a very loving grown man who recently married and his still very loving.  I know you like to move around more but ....

Try to deal with it the best I can...I didn't have long enough appointment with him, so couldn't go into details of my last year med changes etc. but this guy is supposed to be super duper smart specialist. I was hoping he'd have more of an answer to help me. And I was really hoping this wouldn't be MS! Nothing I can do about it if it's MS...

I'm sorry Scardie, but I would get another opinion.  Many Dr's have no clue how benzo's work and won't take the time to study it.  I think there are people on here that were diagnosed with MS but all the symptoms went away when off benzo's.  I would ask that question on Withdrawal Support.  Try not to be afraid, did he even ask you questions and delve into the benzo issue?  Benzo's have so many of the same symptoms as other diseases.  Try to get more information.  LY 🙋🏼🙋🏼😘😘🙏😘😘😷😷😷

Do you have one of those automatic baby swings?  It kept my babies happy for long periods of time so I could get a break.  You're doing a wonderful thing watching your little grandson, but babies are a full time job, and then some.  Ginger

Hi Ginger! Yes I do have a swing and it's currently his bed bc it's the only way I can put him down some of the time. I also have a gliding rocking chair that I rock him in. He's just one of those babies who likes to be close to the body. I wonder if it's bc he's breast fed. I obviously give him the bottle 😂😂 but my dil is not. So I will buy whatever contraptions I have too to try to get him to be more independent from my body. I love, love, love holding him but it's a bit much for me when it's almost all of the time. He'll probably kill me but he's so worth it! 😉

Trishy when my daughter was that young I'd bring her to my bed, put her on the side where the wall was (I pushed the bed against the wall), lay next to her hugging her little body and turned on the TV. Voila.

Trishy, even if you’re not using the baby carrier to walk around with him on you, you could wear him while sitting/rocking in a chair and have your hands free to watch tv, read, etc.

Hey Scardie, look into low dose Naltrexone for MS. MS is an autoimmune condition and LDN helps with that. It's certainly helped me with inflammatory problems and pain

I'm so sorry you are struggling.  It does seem never ending at times.  I'm also drained from national and world events.  Covid cases way up and my daughter has cancelled Thanksgiving.  More and more cases at her school and she does not want to risk putting her loved ones in danger.  Makes winter seem kind of bleak though.

Thanks Ginger.  It sucks but it is what it is.  Just a day at a time!  That is just so crazy about covid cases going up.  Very scary and ya I have no idea what we’re gonna do about thanksgiving.  My mom is 90 and I don’t want 15 people crammed in her house.  So we’ll see.

Hi.  have not posted because I’ve felt surprisingly good after going from 0.5 mg Xanax 3 per day, to 2 per day. Know it was much too big of initial cut, but wasn’t aware until I discovered this great group. Have held at this amount for a month.  But for some reason the numbness and pain in my hands (little fingers mainly) has gotten really bad today... any  one have any idea why, after a fairly easy month this would happen? Was planning to taper by very small amount this week but now afraid to... any advice?  Thank  you all.

Hi savescotus. It seems to be the nature of the beast. You think you're doing much better and suddenly sxs get much worse just out of the blue and even when holding. I'd keep holding until these sxs ease off. You haven't held much anyway, considering you cut one third of your dose. I hope you start having some windows soon.

I am pmsing now and it is the same story. Bed bound. Feel like I am about to die. Sad to be on meds. Feeling hopeless. Sleep is not as good.

I was raking for 7 hours outside and was doing great now I feel like I am done for good and will be stuck in this state.

If all my pms are this bad, how can I even start to taper?

Sorry you're going through a rough patch Jasmine. Just remember that it's hormones and temporary. You've been doing incredibly well and I would focus on the good days rather than this setback. It may be a sign that you need to hold a bit longer
