[He...] Posted February 28, 2022 Share Posted February 28, 2022 My morning anxiety is definitely a cortisol rush situation. I have had brain zaps too and there really is a host of symptoms that go with your brain resetting after getting off this crap. I still have a way to go. I am starting a new job and that is stressing me out too. I hate the morning anxiety. It is slowly getting better. I am getting ready for bed right now and I am free of anxiety, but I know in the morning I will get the rush and it will take 2 hours to calm down.
