I am so hoping that this Sunday morning finds you feeling somewhat better!  You are one of the strongest BBs I know, so there is no doubt you will ride this wave right to the healing sands of recovery

So today the muscle ache is way less and energy has increased. Burning feeling still around - again I know its inflammation. Some dpdr this morning...don't get that much anymore so its prob just the stress on my system.

Slept better:)

 

My big goals for the day are laundry..bc no-one in my house thought to run a load of towels and now we have none somehow?.....
