Yes! I'm well enough; learning and growing. Life is mysterious. I crossed the 0.9mg/day threshold recently, holding on and off. Surprised to find maybe 6% is still a little too fast; not surprised really, just in denial. 

 

I'm looking forward to your success story.

Update:

 

I am doing well... I have been experiencing windows and waves. My symptoms have all but dropped off.

 

I am looking forward to life and making plans for the future... something that didn't seem possible just a few months ago.

 

If you are new here or need encouragement, know that it is possible to heal. I was in a terrible place when I became dependent on Benzos.

 

I wish everyone the best; thanks for the support. I will be living life and taking in the moments of peace and clarity. I may return to write a success story or may just process this trauma and move forward with this as my last post.
