[Ks...] Posted June 8, 2008 Author Share Posted June 8, 2008 I'm an ex-smoker (wow, never thought i'd be saying that) for 3 months now. My breathing is a lot better, but there are moments when I intensely crave. As for anxiety, I still have it. But at least I don't have to worry about the negative health concerns associated with smoking. IMO, quit when you feel you're ready. I've been smoking for 9 years (pack a day) and I've tried to quit several times...one thing I remember during the quitting process was that my mind was occupied with nicotine w/d instead of benzos, so that's a good thing I suppose lol.
