Day 7 after I jumped off and I'm at a 4.5 hopeful that the symptoms will ease soon.

I was a 5 when I awoke. I am a 3.5 currently. I have a bad cold with sore throat also and can not stop coughing.  :'(

Still about the same as yesterday...bad cold and super sore throat of top of all the benzo madness. :-(

4 this morning for me. Chest pressure is bad but anxiety is tolerable. I have been fighting a 4 day old cold with constant coughing so I still feel pretty miserable. Ugh!

2.5 this morning starting my 12th day Benzo free and its a rough one, anxiety and tinnitus are very bad, hopeful that I will improve

as the day unfolds, one can hope.

4 on my 6th month off Xanax ct anniversary.

I am a 4 today I think. This stupid cold just will not let go.  :'(
