What symptoms exactly are keeping everyone from sleeping?

R.L.S. Leg and arm cramps and nerve pain keeping me up at night sometimes . Depression and gastric issues. Exhaustion. Crazy mood swings and anxiety.

 

I jumped from 3.75mg of remeron in less than a week. I thought that at that low dose I would be O.K. I was wrong.

Did you liquid taper or what?

No I did dry cuts. Very difficult with 15 mg tabs. A liquid taper would be better.
