Thank you, for sharing her music.  I love violin!

Wishing you a beautiful evening.

I like that PD  :)

I also like the Lindsey Sterling song, have her music playing now on Spotify, it's lovely.

Hope you are doing well Ins :smitten:

Thank you so much Ins and who-am-I!  :smitten: This is my favorite Lindsey Sterling video.  The music and the images are just so impactful to me!  It reminds me of my trip to New York with my daughter, part of which was going to see The Phantom of the Opera.

"If we're all waves in one giant ocean,

the more you focus on your own little wave, the less you see the whole ocean.

Gaze toward the whole ocean and away from the wave you're riding,

and notice how your feelings change."

3D and abcd,

You are both very 'inspiring' this morning!  ;)  It is so true that everything we do affects others and comes back to us in some way.  Someone I know described God like this..."God is the ocean and we are all drops in the ocean."  I love the analogy that we are all part of each other and God is part of us.  The world would definitely be a better place if we could all see things more that way.

These are all powerful lessons abcd!  Symptoms are messengers our body sends us to tell us when we need to change or heal something in our life.  They are not sent to be suppressed by drugs.  :(  I learned the hard way to not just listen to my head, but also listen to my heart.  Our heart is much more intelligent than we realize!  :smitten:

PD, it took me a very long time, but I've come a long way in learning how to tune in, and hear, and above all pay heed to the words of wisdom of my gut.  I prefer the word "gut" over "heart", I don't know that I trust listening to my heart at this point, it's not as wise as my gut, lol.  :-\  It's simply amazing to me how our body is constantly talking to us, it's all there, the answers are all within us, I so believe this now!  No doubt we all have a sixth sense (and likely even more?)  However, the tricky part is managing to declutter our minds enough to appreciate and receive it.  And that's the amazing power of meditation, so, so simple and so very powerful.  I'm still constantly working on it and so wish I'd tapped into this when I was so much younger, I also learned it the hard way!  ???  Aaah, oh well ...

And yes, I do feel we are all inter-connected somehow, there's something so much higher at play, so much higher.  Fascinating, isn't it?

Wishing much love and easy days for all!

Ins, my dear friend, special love to you and big hugs!

In the last analysis, the individual is responsible for living

his own life and for 'finding himself.'

If he persists in shifting his responsibility to somebody

else, he fails to find out the meaning of his own existence.

I discovered that the horse is life itself, a metaphor but also an example

of life's mystery and unpredictability, of life's generosity and beauty, a worthy

object of repeated and ever changing contemplation.

I call horses divine mirrors -

they reflect back the emotions you put in.

If you put in love and respect and kindness

and curiosity, the horse will return that.
