Hi everyone! 3 days of partying!!!! Sorry I've been MIA. All with good reason. I've been out! Jazz fest, checked out my African dance class (watched), I go to the river at lunch time and take it all in, took naps over the weekend. Wow! Yep I still have symptoms but I'm pushing myself gently to walk more, go out more, do more...
