Chocolate more addictive than benzos

[Sm...]

Recommended Posts

Ok Chocolate is like crack to me right now

It is a perfect illustrations of addiction vs dependence.

I couldn't care less right now if I never had another benzo in my life. In fact the sooner I don't need it the better.

Chocolate on the other hand I think about and desire.

When I take a dose I never want more.

Chocolate however I want to eat it till its through.

I don't feel an enjoyable high from benzos.

Chocolate though...

You get the picture. Chocolate is my crack. Damn easter!

Well you are female, Smiff.  And chocolate does affect women differently to men.  Same as the hormones in flowers.

That's why traditionally men give flowers & chocolate to a woman on a date, to get her love feelings in action.

Kinda weird when you think about it as it's sort of like drugging her to get her in bed easier :D

ooo really?

This is so true

But I didn't know it was fact

Women do seem to be crazy more chocolate addicts. And I won't go into details but there are times when hormones turn you into a chocolate fiend.

So we get apparently better orgasms and enjoy chocolate more.

Boys are missing out

Although I could give up chocolate being my crack.

Eating this chocolate does mean I will have to exercise doubly hard

I gave up chocolate for over 6 months once before. Once you get over the hump you can forget its deliciousness. And then it sucks you right back in again

Lol.. we miss out doubly, no triply, because we don't have special mind powers over women like they do with us. :D

And the only sensible reason I can see for giving up chocolate (mmm chocolate) is because of weight gain.

Tuck in girl.  You know you want it

Chocolate affects dopamine production. What else does it affect?

Can't eat it right now as it's too revving..dam.

Enjoy eating chocolate, Spartacus! You've earned it.

It's an amazing food...

I love chocolate,  sadly it doesn't like me now, gives me awful stomach ache.  :'(

When I used to eat it I couldn't stop till  a full bar was gone. >:D

Chocolate is my most favorite food group and was thrilled to find out it was actually good for me. Well, maybe not in the quantities I'd like to eat.....  ::) Anyway, I do ration my dark chocolate with almonds and sea salt, I want to keep my girlish figure.  ;)

Hi Challis,

Gummy anythings are your downfall? You mean people with no teeth right?

spartacus

Of course.  What did you think I meant?

Well Challis,

My first thought was adhesives...glues?

I was halfway through a consoling "you will get through this" post, wondering how you tapered volatile solvents, before I remembered that there's a whole other world out there.

Thank you for confirming only my second worst fears.

Take care, take precautions,

spartacus

Chocolate comes from cocoa which is a plant

Therefore, chocolate is a salad

    The End

I love this!  ;D

Me 2  :)

However I think it is time to take a break from 'salad'

I'll be tapering off it using micro dosing of raw cacao

Impeccable logic Beulah.

I can't fault it.

How do you feel about chocolate cake?

No cake for me just yet, just little tiny bites of dark choc. I will have cake all in due time, and some ice cream to go with the cake.

Someday I will have my cake and eat it to.

I say eat what you can tolerate, this is your journey. :)

Hi Beulah,

Chocolate comes from cocoa which is a plant.

Therefore, chocolate is a salad.

Cake is made from wheat which is also a plant.

Therefore, cake is a salad.

So, chocolate cake is a mixed salad.
