This whole thing cycles. I could not remember how long it was that I started being unable to walk. Apparently it was late in June. For awhile I was so crippled, I winced with pain just getting from one room to the next.

 

I am back to walking and running full speed. NOTHING in this whole process is predictable. The only answer I have found so far is to keep moving as much as possible, on any given day.

 

I have had my back lock up so badly a couple times that I could barely get in and out of bed, but I still got my butt out the door and walked 3 miles. No matter how much pain I am in, it is always better when I move.

 

At present I have close to zero pain anywhere in my body, so yes, it comes in waves...

Hi,

I'm getting over a flu bug and the knee and back pain ramped up, along with some other symptoms.

 

So, if anybody gets sick, this can happen. Don't get discouraged (like I did..)..it gets better.

 

Day at a time.
