So, after trying to go ‘cold/turkey’ I have managed to reduce from 1mg down to .3mg. 
I am hopeful that by the end of Feb / March I’ll be free of Lorazepam. 
Getting side effects of anxiety, dizziness and burning skin but manageable.

How did you do it?  I tried a 50% cut but reinstated yesterday to deal with some bad anxiety that I can't allow myself.  But now I'm feeling confident again to try again even harder and I don't think it's wise.

Hi Verdi - I purchased a set of jewellers scales on Amazon and have used these to measure (with some accuracy) a .1 reduction over 4-6 weeks. Once used to the new reduction I shave off a little more using a fine piece of sandpaper. 
I tried stopping without ‘reducing’ and found it too difficult.
