i dont know about anyone else but camping out on valium made me super depressed

anyone else find themselves SUPER depressed on valium? I crossed over to valium and went down from 10MG to 5MG and got hit with bad symtoms so i held for 3 month on it cause i was so scared to keep moving down. I wound up getting so depressed daily i thought not good thoughts if you know what i mean, which isnt me....im a very happy chipper sort of guy normally. That stuff was killing me so i went to another dr. thta got me on ativan. i had to get off V, man that stuff was killing me with depression and alcoholism. oh well here i am now 1mG of ativan. depression went away though

I didn’t know why you switched to Valium, thanks for explaining and I’m so glad you took action!  I had depression on Ambien, it hit me like Valium hit you, BAD NEWS!

I switched to Valium cause Xanax was causing me bad interdose withdrawls I can't win. I just need to get off this stuff
