Internal discomfort/pain

Idk how to explain this but I constantly have pain and discomfort in my upper body and stomach area. It will be burning at times, sharp at times, and will even go up into my throat. It gets really bad, a bath kinda helps but like an hour after i get out it comes right back. Anybody else have this? It is extremely uncomfortable and disrupts my whole day. Honestly is the main thing as well as my heart rate from stopping me doing things.
