[Bi...]
My heart rate does increase when standing to about 90/95 from about 70 bpm. Is this normal/ common in withdrawal that it seems to mimic postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome??? If I had POTS surely this would be continual and I wouldn't have windows of feeling fine with most symptoms going away or dramatically lessening? I need to know if this is yet another thing that withdrawal does please? Thanks again!
[B1...]
Yes, it can. As always, I suggest somatic therapy to deal with withdrawal symptoms. Somatic therapy also can relieve/cure POTS. https://mytmsjourney.com/

[Bi...]
Thank you Birdie! It's not constant and some days it is completely gone or it will disappear for a few days or more. So unpredictable. Frustrating 😢🙄
[ev...]
if it helps you at all my heart rate will go up to 150 just standing now because of all of this, and I have had numerous tests so far and nobody has found anything. It will even out at times, but typically physical activities are terrible for me, then when I get out of breath the anxiety gets worse as well, I convince myself the worst which I still haven't not convinced myself. I hope things get better for you!!
