Clotrimazole and Betamethasone?

I have a very persistent, painful and itchy rash which I have had for over two weeks.  I was put on both Nystatin powder and ointment and both caused more pain and red rash.  Has anyone used Clotrimazole and Betamethasone for a fungal infection without any problem?  I think the amount of a steroid in the Betamethasone is minimal, but would like to get others opinions.

I would check with a dermatologist, and then get a 2nd opinion with a primary doc.

 

I also have skin rashes on the back of my neck which are persistent and sporadic. Have it right now. We know about the issues of using those Fluoro-Cipro antibiotics, and the Keto antifungal cremes with Benzo drugs.  I am treating my rash with cortosteroid cream, which I think is also on the should not use list.  I tried the Ketozole antifungal creme 1 day with no results.
