Topical hydrocortisone ok?

I know some people have issues with steroids.  7 months off benzos and the chronic constipation has really aggravated my hemorrhoids.  OTC stuff not cutting it anymore so my doctor prescribed me a hydrocortisone/pramoxine cream. Surely this is fine to take right?

I don't know. My dermatologist recommended me protopic as alternative but haven't needed it yet.

I know jBen has had reactions to it but he’s very sensitive to just about everything.
