Can you tell us a little more about your benzo history so we can best help you, what benzo are you taking?, what dose?  Sporadic use can lead to a dependency. Benzodiazepines are only meant for short term 2/3 weeks. Insomnia is a common benzo withdrawal symptom.  Feel free to check out the forum, you will get plenty of advice and support here
