I stopped taking clonazepam and escitalopram  cold turkey 5 months ago after being on a low daily dose for 10 years. At the time I had no idea what this entailed. I continue to struggle with withdrawal symptoms.

I can guess how you’re feeling since I quit cold turkey too, awful, right?  I’m sorry you’re still feeling symptoms, but it takes a long time to recover from this, your brain is working frantically to get back in balance but this takes time, too much time.
