Insomnia after quiting Diazepam

Really a bit scared now. My sleep patern is not improving a bit.

 

So for the last 4 days i did not sleep before 05:00 and then 2 to 1.5 hours. Also one zero night.

 

It is really hard to keep it together. Really scared i will become psychotic due to exteme sleeplessness.

 

Strangest thing is that when i get the feeling i will sleep i get this extreme anxious feeling as if a shot of adrenaline is given to me. Then i am awake again and this goes on and on the whole night.
