Ativan adverse effects thinking to just quit

Ativan has been ruining me. On .35mg of Ativan. Took .5mg for about 2 months and started tapering about a month ago. Last night I was tired and ready to go to bed. Took my last dose at 1230am and became delusional, body got hot, akathisia kicked in, started walking around the house yelling in made up languages and stomach hurt. Wake up in a sedated state where my body and face are numb. I’ve been an absolute wreck since I’ve started Ativan.

 

I’ve been extremely aggressive and having very bad thoughts since I’ve been on it. Most days I’m completely delusional.

 

Do I just ct at this point? I’m literally on my last thread at the moment. I feel I have no control over my mind or self.

I agree with Pamster. You need a bit of special help.

But please know that we on BB are here for you no matter what. I know you are scared, and you feel helpless. But getting off benzos may turn out to be the best thing you ever did.
