Sleep Cycles/Deep Sleep

Im coming up 5 months post jump. The one thing that has eluded me thus far is consistent sleep. I can sleep 6, 7,8 hours and according to my fit bit get 20ish minutes of deep sleep that leaves me dog tired during the day. Any advice on how to increase deep sleep?

If You are getting any sleep at consider yourself a very lucky person . Most folks on withdrawing from benzos suffer severe insomnia even total sleep deprivation. Been there done that. IMO even after being on benzos short term after two years I have NOT been able to return to deep sleep . I can only speak for Myself when I tell You that My level of sleep has not return anywhere near normal . I honestly believe the benzo down regulates the GABA receptors  and if You have life long depression like I do it aint gonna be good. Be glad Your getting whatever sleep Your getting which is much better than what many sufferers are getting.
