Ive been in this wave for weeks. Im getting worried i wont pull through it.

I recently had a wave last about three weeks. I thought my brain was stuck like that and it felt so "final" to me. I was petrified. But then it passed. Yours probably will too. Stay hopeful. All things are possible.

I feel like the passed year and a half has been nothing but a long wave.

I've been in a wave for a month and on hold with Valium 10 mg for a month.  sxs not going away or even beginning to subside. 

 

    Encouragement:  Remember, we are all created individually, so we're all not the same with these withdrawals.  Just pray (if you believe) and stand strong.  The body's ability to heal itself is amazing.  Trust in both.
