appetite loss and weight loss

im still on ativan have not taper yet but last august i was  185 pounds  im 5ft7  and 31 years old i started having alot more panic attacks and high anxiety n  started to lose my appetite around sept  weighed my self yesterday  still not the best  appetite  but i eat aleast twice a day and drink 2.5 liter of water everyday im down to 139 pounds  so ive lost 47 pounds  in less than a year  my normal weight was alway about 160 to 165  anyone else experience this
