The 100 days starts out to feel like a million, but somewhere along the way, you start to pick up the "I am getting there" momentum and it seems to go a bit faster.  Just keep moving down.....

I find it hard to read other peoples stories who are off benzo's and still suffering It frightens me as I am excited about getting off but not thrilled about what may happen . I know I can't think about that but it helps to read the success stories and I have a lot of empathy for the people going through that hell. All I can do is pray for and encourage them.
