Tapering from temazepan

Hi Colin,

 

I hope I found the right board.  I wanted your take on how to taper from

30 mg Tamezapan.  I thought I could titrate in water and measure out a little

over the day.  Maybe..... 8am  5mg    12am 5mg  4pm  5mg  8pm 5mg.

What do you think?
