Happy 10 years Benzo Buddies!!!!!!!

 

Thank you, thank you, thank you to Colin for seeing the need for this forum and bringing it into being. Thank you to all those that give tirelessly to keep things running smooth. I am so grateful for this forum. You saved my life and I mean that. Because of BB's I found out I could get off of Xanax. I never in a million years thought this was possible. Thank you to all the buddies that give encouragement even when they themselves are in the thick of it. I love and appreciate all of you.

Colin, what a fantastic achievement to be able to celebrate 10 our ten year anniversary!  Congratulations on a job well done.

 

BenzoBuddies has been a literal lifeline for me and thousands of other people.  When I joined, I could hardly post on the board, I was so sick.  The forum enabled me to get my life back and for this, I will be eternally grateful. 

 

A simple thank you seems so inadequate.

 

Here's a toast to 10, productive years with the hopes of many more years on the horizon.

Thank you so much Collin for starting Benzo Buddies 10 years ago, this is another life you saved.  With severe d/p d/r for over a year it's hard to say what my fate would have been if it weren't for this site.  Having someone here everyday to tell me I would heal was my lifesaver.  I love you and your team for all you do and have done for us.

Colin, I feel that you and your co-founders began what has turned out to be a true

service and lifeline to thousands and thousands of people, way more than the

number of members who join up and post. 

 

I came in here reading many months prior to joining and I'm certain that there are

multitudes of others not yet members who come here and gather information,

inspiration and hope.

 

As Juliea says, it is a lifeline for the very sick, and such an important place to help

people to get well.

Thank you Colin, and to the other co-founders of BB. This forum saved my life, and I am forever grateful  when I came here in 2012, I think the forum had around 8,000 members, and now it has over 16,000. Unbelievable.

When I say I owe BenzoBuddies my life, I mean it. It's the total and complete truth. I would not have made it without this wonderful place and the great people I met here. I have learned so much, grown so much, and only because in the early months of a truly horrendous cold turkey, I stumbled upon this forum. I dived in, gasping for air. For manay months, my life WAS BenzoBuddies. It was my distraction, and my saving grace. If not for this wonderful forum I would have been committed, I know this to be true.

And now, I have been appointed as a Moderator. I am honored almost beyond words about this. I OWE BenzoBuddies so much!!!!
