The birthday was kept a close guarded secret!!

 

Had to stay up half the night baking cakes!!

I just baked Oat Snackles, healthy, no added oil, minimal sweetener cookies.  Send me coordinates, I'll beam them over.  So good.

I use whole wheat flour instead of oat flour, and press them down with a fork on the cookie sheet.  Make them without chocolate chips for my husband, the no oil vegan.  Heaven.  You can also get gluten free oats and food process them into flour if gluten intolerant.
