Do I have time to go back down to 10mg? or have I been updosed long enough for this to cause problems?

 

SAME thing is happening where I felt better the first day or two and am feeling progressively worse.

 

Everything is being excarebated.

Too clear anything up, I was on 10mg for a month, and updose to 15mg for a few days... seemed too much for my body to handle, and then I cut back to 12.5 yesterday and today... I figured I had time because it takes a while for valium to build up in the blood to a stable dose, and I didn't figure it'd make much difference.

You are right a one or two time updose should not affect your taper. It just raises your serum levels of the drug and then its begins to drop again. On another note 1 or 2x updoses only work effectively when your taper rate is as close as possible to your healing rate.
