The akathisia is long gone. It certainly was my worst symptom. Hot baths, lots of fluids with electrolytes helped a little while it was going on. It eventually faded out over time. I can't really identify anything in particular that worked other than maybe my very slow symptoms based taper. We all seem to very different when it comes to everything benzo.
