Does each wave bring further healing?

Should I expect that for each wave there is a better baseline awaiting?

Any positive tangible experiences?

Hi @[Gi...], in my experience the baseline is a bit (a tiny tiny bit) better than before the "wave", or a more symptomatic phase. It seems like some sort of adjustment from the side of the CNS. But not true all the time either...
