Different pill weight Clonazepam/Rivotril

Hallo allemaal,

Een tijdje geleden heb ik mezelf voorgesteld en advies gevraagd over het afbouwen van 0,5 mg clonazepam. (Pil weight 0.203)
We zijn nu ongeveer 6 maanden verder en ik zit op 0,124 (pilgewicht).
Ik schraap elke twee weken met schuurpapier 5% maar blijf soms ook een tijdje op dezelfde dosis.
Ik heb nogal wat ontwenningsverschijnselen waaronder vermoeidheid, spierpijn, droge mond, slikproblemen etc.
Nu blijkt dat de apotheek mij weer de originele rivotrilpillen voorschrijft. Ik weet dat de ingrediënten hetzelfde zijn, maar het pilgewicht is 0,155 in plaats van 0,203 (clonazepam). Dit is een substantieel verschil. Ik weet nu niet meer hoe ik de afbouw moet voortzetten. Moet ik terugschalen naar 0,124? 
Het lijkt mij dat de verhouding van actieve ingrediënten in een tablet van 0,203 versus een tablet van 0,155 anders is.
Kan iemand mij alstublieft helpen? Heeft iemand hier ervaring mee?

One more time because translation did'nt go well

Hello all,

A while ago I introduced myself and asked for advice on tapering off 0.5 mg clonazepam (Pill weight 0.203).
We are now about 6 months on and I am at 0.124 (pill weight).
I scrape every two weeks with sandpaper 5% but also sometimes stay on the same dose for a while.
I have quite a few withdrawal symptoms including fatigue, muscle pain, dry mouth, swallowing problems etc.
Now it appears that the pharmacy is again prescribing me the original rivotril pills. I know the ingredients are the same, but the pill weight is 0.155 instead of 0.203 (clonazepam). This is a substantial difference. I now don't know how to continue the tapering. Should I scale back to 0.124? 
It seems to me that the ratio of active ingredients in a 0.203 tablet versus a 0.155 tablet is different.
Can someone please help me? Does anyone have any experience with this?

I can help you with the math.  I just want to make sure though, the pills are the same dose? 0.5?  If so you need to calculate your current dose on the old pill and figure out what the corresponding weight you’ll need on your new pills is.  
 

currently you are on .124, so .124/.203 times 0.5 is your current dose = 0.305mg

the new pills weigh .155 so to get .305, the calculation is .305mg x .155mg /.5mg=.095mg (pill weight).  
 

Your dose of pill weight for the .155mg pills is .095

Wow that sounds pretty complicated or it's because of my clouded brain 
Both pills, Clonazepam and Rivotril are 0.5 mg.
The pill weight is just different. 
I am still trying to get a digital prescription from the doctor so I can order clonazepam online but don't know if the doctor will agree to that.
