Hi, im really scared I have this weird sx. I feel fake it's to overwhelming to even go outside. 

My head is closed up,I cant think in my head it's numb and i'm Mute inside I csnt hear myself I'm going on 30 months I'm so hopeless. 

Will this get better. I never get a break. Will I ever feel Nirmal again.  Plus tgere are really no coping skills for this sx but to endure.
