Im new here and look  forward to posting, I have suffered severly because of benzos. Lets just say I was led astray by a psych doctor and was cold turkeyed off several benzos  several years ago and suffered severly  ever since from them but i have improved  alot and will be here to ask many questions and offer support to those still in the mire of hell this is, thanks again

Congratulations for being off benzodiazepines! Cold turkey is a harder way to quit them, but healing is indeed possible! It is encouraging for us to know that you are doing better.
