I lose the ability to sneeze for weeks and feel spacey the whole time

after 2 years off benzos, I began to lose my sneeze for 3 weeks at a time and in that time frame I'd feel kinda wonky and would feel weird head pressure until it returned, has anyone experienced anything similar? I don't know if the two are connected, just a weird feeling, hoping it's not something serious
