Napping helps me

All today I felt like utter sh&$. Brain fog, fatigue, irritability, the usual w/d symptoms I experience (i just normally don’t feel like this all day, as these symptoms come and ago). I even got about 7 hours of sleep last might, which is usually my norm.

This is how I’ve been since i started tapering (maybe these are my waves/windows?), but i have noticed a trend:  whenever i feel these symptoms, i simply take a short power nap and the symptoms are gone upon waking up. 

There must be something healing about sleep that just makes me feel better. 

I mean, it’s common knowledge that we heal when we sleep, like when you have the flu or a cold, but for me it also seems to improve mood, cognition, and energy levels. 

Anyone else benefit from this?
